A comforting coffee drink with subtle caramel sweetness.
Ingredients:
1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
200 ml milk (or oat/almond milk)
1–2 tsp coconut sugar
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla
Instructions:
Heat milk until warm and frothy.
Stir coconut sugar into hot coffee until dissolved.
Pour milk over coffee and finish with cinnamon or vanilla if desired.
